1:1 Coaching Program
Get ready to feel your best! This coaching program helps support healthy weight loss, hormone balance, and gut health.
I am here to help support you toward your health and wellness goals. Coaching sessions are individually and dedicated solely to you and your goals. Our sessions will coach goal setting, action plans, accountability, and progress/setbacks. I offer a 3 or 6 months program.
During our first session, I want to get to know you, explore what healthy habits are the most appropriate for you to succeed, and set a timed strategy to work towards sustainable changes.
Bi-Weekly Sessions: two 60-minute sessions per month.
Goal Setting: for each month of the program, we'll make an action plan to determine the steps you'll take to bring your chosen goal to fruition. Include a contingency plan by anticipating what might get in the way and what you can do about it.
Email/Text Support Between Sessions:
A weekly email, text, or social media DM check-ins, so you never fall off track.

Begin each session with a 5-minute grounded exercise to anchor yourself firmly in the present.
Flexible 6-Week Meals Plans: Simple meal structure
Rigid Meal Plans for Additional Cost:
Starting at $99, up to six months of meal plans, including a grocery list. Meal plans are designed to improve insulin sensitivity, promote healthy weight loss, reduce inflammation, and improve hormone balance. Gluten-free and dairy-free meal plans are available.

My approach is holistic, signifying that I look at all areas of life, not just one. Together we will examine each aspect of your life, including health, career, physical activity, relationships, creativity, spirituality, social life, and home cooking, to see which areas we want to focus on besides overall health. By tuning into each area, you can experience deep healing and transformational life changes.
