A flavorful breakfast you would want to make every week. The pesto adds massive flavor. You can use store-bought as I did, or make your own pesto.


It's an easy, quick breakfast, and this recipe takes two main ingredients to make eggs and pesto!

I served my pesto eggs with a warm tortilla, but you can add it to toast and sprinkle your favorite cheese.


I used a vegan pesto.
