
This green tropical smoothie will have you feeling recharged. It’s packed with healthy fats, protein, fiber, and antioxidants. My girls approve of this smoothie. It's a healthy green start to our day. The freshness from the cucumber and spinach, the natural sweetness from the bananas and dates have my girls and I craving more.
I like to freeze my fruits beforehand; it’s the best way to thicken up the smoothie without watering it down with ice.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen cucumbers chunks
1/2 cup frozen sliced bananas
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup fresh spinach
3 pitted dates*
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup almond milk
Toss all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.

Notes*
Placing dates in a bowl of water for a few minutes beforehand will soften them up, making them easier to blend
