Pumpkin Cinnamon Oatmeal

It’s finally Fall! My favorite season of the year. Not much weather change here in Florida to feel like it's Fall, so I’m all about pumpkin everything the next few months. From pumpkin lattes to pumpkin bread and this delicious pumpkin cinnamon oatmeal that gives me all the Autumn feels. It has pumpkin purée, lots of cinnamon, and maple syrup. The combination is mmm so good. A quick and easy breakfast is essential for us. We eat oatmeal often for breakfast; it’s a great first meal of the day. My daughters and I love it, so it’s a big win for me because I’m finally not making two separate meals. When choosing a maple syrup in the grocery store, make sure you pay attention to the ingredient list. You want to look for only ONE ingredient, “maple syrup.” Did you know that there are different varieties of cinnamon? I recommend you switching over your cinnamon to Ceylon. Ceylon is the purest and healthiest cinnamon you can use. It has a sweeter and more delicate flavor. It's also packed with antioxidant which supports healthy blood sugar levels. Always check the label to ensure the cinnamon is Ceylon cinnamon.
